The fast growing sector in the world is technology. there is a growing realization that a good learning environment, is all about availability of instructional materials, and learning aids, this must all be weaved with skilled in order to improve learning outcomes, especially in public schools.

Kaltungo modern CBT centre is the only surviving Registered JAMB centre in the whole of the four local Government Areas of Gombe South of Gombe state, located at the federal polytechnic temporary site in Kaltungo east of kaltungo LGA.

Opening the MODERN CBT centre was a huge relief for the people of Gombe South because it saves the life of their children and grandchildren, resources and money. Before the opening, JAMB candidate and Applicants around this Areas have to travelled a distance to get registered for their Exams and because of the inadequate centres around the state sometime they have to travelled outside the state to the state of their deployment to write their Examination.to this effect so many applicants missed the opportunity due to lack of transport fair, while others lost their lives in taking the risk of going to the far state to write the exams. And now the centre is about to be closed due to inadequate ICT facilities (computer system). A centre most meets up to some certain criteria’s and most sufficiently acquired adequate facilities to operate, before they will be accredited. Unfortunately, over time some of this gadget failed due to poor power supply, somewhere outdated and some need servicing

The communities where incapacitated since the centre is run by the communities not state Government and so they called out for support, and Some key persons around this locality brought forth their concerns to Adamu Yola Foundation Board of trustees and the management swing into action to provide the centre with 50 laptops and 50 desktop computer system to restore the centre to its functions. this provision bridges the need of the communities not only to the JAMBITE but to all Applicants of different field to be able to registered for their desire careers.

Now the centre is up and running effectively with much facilities and are able to registered more candidate even from outside the zone.

meeting up with this community request gave Adamu yola foundation a sense of belonging and the zeal to do more of its mandate in giving back to the community.

Hence, AYF Foundation is committed to supporting initiatives aimed at “Qualitative Learning Environment” in Nigerian public schools, with a focus on basic education.

The key objectives of the Foundation’s “Qualitative Education initiative include:

• To enhance learning through requisite skills and knowledge of basic contents to deliver quality learning in the communities.ere

• To reduce the lack of instructional materials for teaching in target Communities.

• To improve the pedagogical skills of teachers to better transmit knowledge to pupils and students.
